拉開法

      涂層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度，又稱為涂層的附著力，是指涂層與基體結(jié)合力的大小，即單位面積的涂層從基體或中間涂層上剝落下來所需的力。附著力不好的產(chǎn)品，容易與物面剝離而失去其防護(hù)與裝飾效果。因此，涂層與基體的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度是涂層性能的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)之一。通過這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的檢查，可以判斷涂料配方是否合適。
