Your Role：

1. Making testing reports by following standard operational procedures (SOP), and providing necessary technical interpretation to customers,按照客戶的測試要求進(jìn)行測試，并為客戶提供必要的解讀

Your Role:

1. Take the lead of developing analysis methods and building up expertise負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試方法開發(fā)和掌握相關(guān)技能/專業(yè)知識(shí)

1)Build-up expertise in mechanics of material failure of lab testing methods (Fatigue, torsion, tensile and other tests), and establish corresponding models掌握實(shí)驗(yàn)室機(jī)械性能測試（疲勞，扭轉(zhuǎn)，拉伸等）中樣品失效過程的力學(xué)特性，并構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的模型

Your Profile:

1.Master or above degree in study of carbon steel microstructure related areas (Material related majors)材料學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)，碩士及以上，有碳鋼組織相關(guān)研究背景；
